This interactive course uses a Hybrid system, so that the learning will work for you in whatever country you are in.

• 4 - 5 Hours of Independent learning using; videos, tasks & 2 tests

• Independent learning is split into manageable short chunks (20-40 mins) with 2 weeks to complete it.

• 2 x 2hour live online workshops to explore case studies and practice what you have learnt

• In-depth coverage of the 4 types of child abuse with a focus on relevant topics within each, eg. for Neglect we explore Affluent Neglect.

• Exploring Risk for those involved, considering cultural context, community pressures and reputational impact on school.

• Introduction to Child Friendly Interview Techniques.

• Strategies for addressing concerns with parents and other students.

• Practical application for planning and managing child protection enquiries.
