Educated to Masters level as both a Counsellor and Social Worker and with extensive specialist qualifications and experience from the USA, UK and SE Asia. Sian combines impressive international statutory and investigative experience and knowledge with a person-centred and restorative consultancy practice.

Sian first completed Child Interview training in the USA in 2003 when working as a Child Abuse Investigator. More recently, in 2023 she was one of only a small number of specialist social workers in Staffordshire, UK chosen to complete the Achieving Best Evidence interviewing certification alongside specialist Police officers.

Over the last 20 years, Sian has undertaken countless formal interviews required for both criminal and family court proceedings and also less formal but still complex and challenging conversations seeking positive change with children and the adults caring for them (parents, foster carers, teachers etc).

Both as a Child Protection specialist and as a Counsellor, she has sensitively explored concerns of harm and abuse with hundreds of children and adults in many countries and from many backgrounds, leading to real and positive change for many children.
