Rosie is a highly experienced educator with nearly two decades dedicated to teaching and pastoral leadership within diverse boarding school settings.
Her experience includes launching new boarding programs, facilitating a school's transition to co-educational boarding, and establishing boarding provision in schools for the first time. Rosie has led pastoral training for staff, managed student health services and parent communications, and collaborated with safeguarding organisations at all levels.
With qualifications in coaching and pastoral leadership, she remains at the forefront of boarding policy and compliance. A champion for best practices, Rosie prioritizes the student experience, creating policies, procedures, and nurturing environments that foster emotional wellbeing and a sense of belonging.
Currently based in Cambodia, Rosie consults with new and established international schools across Asia, assisting them in developing and implementing their boarding and homestay programs. Her deep understanding of Asian culture, international schools, and safeguarding best practices makes her a sought-after consultant in the region.
